NEW VERSION OF HYUNDAI SANTRO

Hyundai Motor,the Korean auto company has launched a modified version of its fashionable hatchback SANTRO. Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) announced that its hatchback model, the GETS, will be released by 2011.Hyundai is hoping to sell around 5.5 lakh cars by this year which includes 2.7 lakh exports and 2.8 lakh domestic sales. The production of the Hyundai i20 for export will be moved to Europe next year. This change of production location is because of logistical reasons.Production in India will be increased from September 14 by working 3 shifts instead of 2 shifts. This 3 shift production will make the company to produce 2,500 cars a day than the current production of 2,000 unit.

Hyundai i30 - Expected on November 2009

Hyundai's i30 is one of the best looking vehicles made from Korean company to date The classy design design of i30 will prove it.It is expected to be launched with both petrol and diesel versions.Also it may even be made available in a sedan models later on.The transmission is 5 speed,manual and having engine description as 2.0-litre, Inline 4-cylinder, petrol engine.The engine has an 10:1 compression ratio and it can create maximum Power of 105kW @ 6000rpm maximum Torque of 186Nm @ 4600rpm.Dual overhead camshafts (DOHC) put into action of 4-valves per cylinder(totally 16 valves) that feature variable valve timing.The seat capacity of Hyundai i30 is 5.The interior design is very well in function and having some features like USB.
